Frosting : Buttercream ( in various color)

Our macaron is commonly filled with buttercream or jam filling sandwiched between two cookies. It is mildly moist and easily melts in the mouth. Choose the flavour from almond, hazelnut, coffee, chocolate or sesame! Yum!
Fillings: Buttercream, Chocolate ganache, rasberry/strawberry jam.

The rich sugee cake is really a butter cake but one ingredient that is different is the use of semolina flour that gives a wonderful grainy texture. It uses a lot of egg yolks and ground almond flour. Nubbly bits of almond nibs gave it texture and a deliciously different crumb to the cake!
